This upright grower features creamy white flowers from late May through early June, and red-orange fall foliage. Extremely cold hardy. an old cultivar that was bred by Michael Waterer, UK, sometime prior to 1848. It has 2 in. wide, fragrant, funnel-shaped flowers that are pale yellowish white with a yellow blotch. ‘Viscosepala’ grows 6 to 8 ft. tall and 5 to 6 ft. wide. Better with some shade. Needs good drainage. Ours are 6′
